**Job Title: Production Operator (2nd Shift)** **Job Description** This position involves working in the dry department, where you will be responsible for loading 50lb sacks, preparing shipments, assisting in the Filler Department, packing sacks of flour onto pallets, getting pallets ready for delivery, and wrapping pallets. **Responsibilities** + Fill in the dry department. + Load 50lb sacks. + Prepare shipments for delivery. + Assist in the Filler Department. + Pack sacks of flour onto pallets. + Get pallets ready for delivery. + Wrap pallets for shipment. **Essential Skills** + Ability to perform general labor and production tasks. + Experience with stocking and loading. + Proficiency in packaging and inspection. + Ability to work as a filler and loader. + Manufacturing background with the ability to lift 50lbs consistently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a long-term opportunity in a stable work environment, allowing you to grow your skills and advance your career. **Work Environment** The role is based in a commercial bakery environment that is clean and well-maintained. You will be working in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and the ability to lift heavy sacks are required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Compton, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $20.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
